48th Annual High School Art Show

The Hansen Museum is proud to present the 48th Annual High School Art Show! Art students from area schools eagerly anticipate this opportunity to showcase their unique talents, and we are honored to display their incredible work in the Museum gallery. This year’s exhibition, on view through February 23, 2025, features a diverse collection of artistic styles and mediums. The following schools are represented: Norton Community, Hill City, Phillipsburg, Pike Valley, Republic County, Smith Center, Trego Community, Cornerstone Classical, and Stockton. Each student strives to create a piece that reflects their identity as an artist—whether through personality, creativity, technical excellence, or even their current mood. Some works are whimsical, born from the artist’s imagination, while others are carefully crafted reproductions of class lessons. No matter the inspiration, these young artists have put together an impressive display for all to enjoy.

Wichita Thunder Faith, Family & Hockey

The Wichita Thunder invite your family to this special event on Sunday, February 16th at 2pm. The Thunder take on the Tahoe Knight Monsters. There will also be a special appearance by members of the cast of "The Chosen." The actors will take part in a question and answer session after the game.
