The 13th annual Marion County Alternative Gift Market will be Saturday, November 4th from 9:00am—1:00pm at the Marion Community Center.
The Alternative Gift Market is a wonderful opportunity to learn about projects around the world and locally that work to relieve poverty and suffering. The twenty international projects range from providing water wells in South Sudan to Ukrainian refugee relief. The five local projects are Main Street Ministries, CORE, FACT, Safe Hope, and the Marion Food Bank.
Just like traditional gifts, Alternative Gifts express affection, celebrate occasions, and show you care, but these gifts have a profound impact on those who are less fortunate in Marion County, the United States, and around the world.
