Abilene Christian Women Coffee Connection

Abilene Christian Women Coffee Connection has been meeting for over 50 years in Abilene, KS; bringing faith, fellowship and friendship to ladies of all ages. All are invited and welcome.

The monthly meeting is held in the Emmanuel Church - 1300 N. Vine Street- Abilene – 9:30 AM to 11:15. Cost is $6.00

Special Feature is Ann Manning. Ann and her husband, Ken are the proud owners of “ RHV Do it Best Hardware” . The Mannings came to Abilene in 1973 from Colorado; Ken worked for Duckwall’s until his retirement in 1991. A short lived retirement! They purchased “RHV Do It Best Hardware” in 1993 and have been very busy ever since. RHV employs dedicated employees who always have a smile on their face and helpful hand for any home and garden improvements. Ann will share some of her “adventures” with the group on the 7 th . Her proud ownership of RHV along with other “fun loves”. She has been a clown (with over 12 clown costumes). Ann has and is involved with many non -profit organizations in Dickinson County and continues to give of her time and talents to make our community a better place for all ages. She has just recently had an exciting art exhibit through the Dickinson County Arts council, where she showed her photography skills along with her talent in acrylic and water color painting. She has an eclectic taste for art of all kinds and loves to bring new ideas to our community.

“HEY – WHO’s In CONTROL HERE? “ is the title of our Stonecroft Ministries speaker: Kris Driskell who is coming from Belton, MO. Kris is a Stonecroft Authorized Speaker and also a Stonecroft Zone 4 Director. She travels throughout the district sharing her story.
