Job Title: Seasonal Cook
Hours: August-April, 3 weekdays/evenings from 10:00-7:00, Saturdays from 9:30-3:30 Sundays from: 8:00-2:00. Summers are off.
Job Duties:
• Aid in preparation and serving of meals in the Barclay College cafeteria
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, including handling utensils, equipment and dishes
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
• Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment and utensils
• Execute closing procedures
• Operate kitchen equipment such as broilers, ovens, grills and fryers
• Aid in post-meal cleanup processes
• Help unload deliveries from food service providers
