Get your body moving to upbeat Christian music and enjoy the fellowship of other ladies! Free class at Talmage Church, starting Jan 9th from 6:30-7:30 pm.

Faithfully Fit is a non-profit fitness group. Faithfully Fit is a ladies fitness group that meets Tuesday and Thursday evenings. Women of all ages and fitness levels are welcome as the 2024 year kicks off, January 9th at 6:30pm to 7:30pm at the Talmage Community Church, located at 2970 Frances Street in Talmage. Upbeat Christian music will play as this group fitness class gets to stepping, sweating and stretching! Low impact and modified exercises are taught. Free to attend, with freewill giving always appreciated - Faithfully Fit on January 9th at 6:30pm.
