Church Security Training

Trinity Faith Church will be hosting Security/Safety Team Training with Iron Rod Tactical who will be providing cutting edge Training for Churches, Houses of Worship, and businesses.

Iron Rod Tactical provides cutting edge training to churches and businesses. Services include safety and security training, active shooter training, de-escalation, emergency preparedness training, policy and procedure development, Emergency Operations Plan (EOP) development, and Risk Assessments. This is an intensive course consisting of two full Saturdays of training do volunteer security teams can attend, Saturday Feb. 21st. 2026 from 8:00a to 5:00p, Saturday Feb. 28th. 8:00a- 5:00p. The first Saturday is the classroom learning portion and the second Saturday is split into live range training and qualification in the morning, and scenario based tactical exercises in the afternoon. Teams should attend both days to receive training certificate.

This training is open to any member of a church security team to attend at “no cost” (Must bring your own firearm and 150 rounds of ammo) so they can take the experience back to their team and set-up site specific training at their church, if they feel it is beneficial. Attendees Must bring your own firearm and 150 rounds of ammo. This class will include attendance and training certificates, as well as firearms qualification, so attendees must attend all three training days. Space is limited to 25 people.
